Fundraising

At Care & Repair (Stroud), as a non profit making organisation with Charitable status, we are always in need of funding to underpin our work in the local community.

We receive some direct funding from organisations such as Stroud District Council, Gloucestershire County Council and The Royal British Legion.  Other organisations and people contribute by paying us normally for the work we do.

In order to be able to offer our services at a reasonable and affordable cost, we are always working at the finest of margins and greatly appreciate all the help that comes our way.

If you feel that the work we do on behalf of elderly and disabled people is worthy of support, you can contribute to our efforts by using the following service when buying goods online.  It  is part of a scheme whereby many of the major and reputable retailers contribute a small donation if you visit their websites via the link below.  It will not actually cost you anything at all.  You will visit their normal websites and pay exactly the same prices as anyone else, the important point being that the initial referral comes from the Care & Repair (Stroud) website.
