Making A Complaint

While we pride ourselves on doing our best and not letting down our clients, we are only human.  Sometimes problems will arise.

If you are not happy with the way a job has been done, or by the manner in which you have been treated, you should tell us.  In fact we are grateful to hear genuine complaints, because unless we know of our failings, we cannot easily put them right.

In case of a problem, the first step is to contact Care & Repair (Stroud) and tell us about it.  Our contact details are in the 'Contact Us' section of this website.  We are usually able to put right mistakes and resolve most problems simply in response to a phone call, letter, or e-mail.
